Her observations on post-collegiate life are somehow both cutting and warm, and all the more wonderful for it. "–Sara Barron, author of People Are Unappealing: Even Me “A bracing whiskey shot of a book. I read Alida's last book and loved it so I was a little worried that this started out so serious. From eating disorders, the author's revelation that she was an a*hole in order to be cool and how to out yourself as a Feminist, Nugent's topics are a little more serious than her last book. But she still has a smart, original voice that can discuss makeup, giving her virginity and what it means to be a Feminist.I think many people can relate to Nugent and hopefully her book will help women that are "too cool" to have any other women friends.

Reading "You Don't Have to Like Me" is reminiscent of sitting down and chatting with a girlfriend over a glass of wine. Alida Nuget artfully discusses what it is to be a woman and a feminist in a funny, relate-able way!

What a great read! Funny, honest and entertaining. There are so many nuggets of feminists wisdom combined with quality jokes/stories I found it difficult to put it down.

Witty, funny, and inspiring. I absolutely love this book. Definitely a great read.

Interesting book

SO FUNNY! Highly recommend. Both of Alida's book make me laugh out loud. Smart, clever and thoughtfully crafted.

Bright, smart, painfully (and hilariously) relatable. A feminist must read! It feels like having a new friend.

Good airplane book that made me think! I appreciate the various anecdotes and aspects of her life that tie into her emulation of feminism
