I always enjoy Suzanne Giesemann's writing immensely but this book was particularly appreciated due to my curiosity about mediumship. I am inspired to learn more about Mavis Pittilla's work given her journey, her leadership, her ability to so clearly explain how to connect with one's soul and her skill at doing so herself. This book felt like a gift to me. Thank you Suzanne and Mavis!

What a lovely book about a wonderful brave woman. Written beautifully, and riveting — I read it in two sittings since yesterday! If you are at all interested in Spiritualism and mediumship, this is an authentic, respectful biography of a really great woman.

I had the pleasure of taking an in-person class with this woman in 2016 and every time I was around her, I cried. It was as if my soul was opening up like a flower to the sun. She's truly an amazing lady and brilliant medium. Her in-person mediumship/psychic readings are the best I've ever witnessed. It was an honor reading her book and learning the history of her spiritual and mediumistic development. Lovely and gifted woman and a beloved teacher to many.

I have had the pleasure of meeting both Mavis and Suzanne. This book gave me a new understanding of the magical work that Mavis shares and work she has done to bring it to all of us.
