I like the challenge that comes through the writing..... the challenge to make your life count for God/Jesus by applying God's Word to your life. The author knows how to make the facts, accounts, history of the Bible come alive.

This copy replaces one given away to a young Christian. I have found this to be most helpful in the preparation of Sunday School lessons and in personal study. It reduces things to main points and is written clearly.

This is a book I have purchased several times and also gotten as a gift. It is so very useful for understanding the background and overall view of a book of the bible. I suggest it for every believer.

Everyone who desires a greater understand of the Bible needs this book! Bought several for family members and one for my husband. We are all enjoying them in our study! Great tool!
